    Spacious and clean room was pretty good.

    The staff during check-in were utterly unhelpful and rude. I was left feeling ignored and disrespected, especially given the amount I paid for this stay. To top it off, the breakfast situation was chaotic and underwhelming. The variety was poor and I had to wait far too long just to grab a plate of food. How can a hotel like this not plan better for breakfast service?

    Everything was brand-new, fairly clean hotel, marvellous location close to most attractions. Location very close to Kanazawa train station, Kanazawa being a smaller city, and a big department store. Nearby Pane e dolci sapori - great place to chill out...

    the staff was amazingly nice in all aspects, helped us with luggage. location: the hotel was very close to bus stations, the train station and bus station, and kanazawa being a smaller city.

    The fully equipped kitchen in the studio was a highlight. Its proximity to the train station made getting around effortless. While the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast selection could use more variety. A slight wait time during busy hours was noted.

    We enjoyed our two-night stay with easy access to numerous dining options, including good ramen shops just a stroll away. Thanks to the accommodating breakfast staff, I had a leisurely start to my day-a true gem for travelers! Consider arriving early for the best parking experience nearby.

    Staying there felt like being a VIP in a cozy palace! the spacious room reminded me of my living room but with a better TV-great for binge-watching travel documentaries. the bathroom was a mini-spa, complete with a soothing bathtub that made me feel like royalty dipping in a hot spring!

    Beds too firm for comfort.

    Perfect stay for families!

    The room was spacious enough for us all, and having a kitchen was a lifesaver, allowed us to whip up some late-night snacks. Ayaka at the front desk was helpful, even helped us with our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy more of our day in the area.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but with the amenities, I'd say it was acceptable.
